In situation where you need to have your documents organized alphabetically or sorted from the oldest to newest, you can do so by following these simple steps:
1. From your Documents or Appbuilder application, click on Toolbox.
2. Choose App Admin
3. Click on 'List View'
4. Click on 'Edit Field'
5. Choose 'Sorting'
You now have the option to sort at different level. “Ascending” is set by default; you can change it to descending by clinking on the link.
