Upgrade Plan

Upgrading Intranet Connections.

Upgrades will need to be applied incrementally (ie, 10.0 > 10.5 > 11.0 > 11.5 > 12.0 > 12.5 > 13.0 > 13.5). With this in mind, before proceeding, you will need to find the current version of your Intranet Connections site. The following step should help you confirm your version number:

  1. Open a new browser session, and visit the intranet site
  2. Log in using your admin credentials
  3. Click admin in the upper right-hand side of the site
  4. Under Site Settings, locate the Version field

The version field will reveal the current version of your intranet site. In addition to the version, you will need to know your client credentials in order to be able to download the different upgrade packages.

Username = The email address of the primary contact associated with your account.
Password = The product serial number found on the admin > Site Settings page of the intranet site.
