Issue: You see the following in the lower right corner of the Intranet:
Chat has repeatedly failed, please reload the page. If errors continue notify the system admin.
Resolution: As soon as an active user session expires, the in-browser chat feature cannot ping the web server for new chat messages which results in the chat errors in the bottom right alert box.
Closing the alert box and refreshing the page should re-initiate the session and eliminate those error messages.
