Did you know you can create your own applications in the intranet?

This video demonstrates how you can create your own application to ensure accounts are disabled and property is returned when an employee leaves:

  • Automatic notification to multiple departments when an employee is leaving
  • Departmental sign-off that all access has been revoked, or property returned
  • Reminder to follow up and ensure all necessary actions have taken place
  • Historical record of actions and sign off

This application demonstrates the use of:

  • Read Confirmation for Departmental sign-off
  • Subscriptions for alerting departments when a new item is created
  • Review date for follow-up
