Blank screen after login

Issue:  After logging into the intranet, a blank page is being shown. 


Resolution:  To correct this issue, reset the template cache within Railo:


1) Log into your Railo Web Admin portal (HTTP://YOURSERVERNAME/railo-context/admin/web.cfm)

2) Click Performance/Caching from the left nav

3) Click 'Clear template cache' as shown in the image below:

You may need to restart your browser before trying to log in once more.
