Enabling Review On at the Item level

Review On (2 of 4)

With Review On enabled, you can now enable Review On Reminders for your individual policies.

  1. Navigate to the folder where your policy is located
  2. Click the pencil icon beside the policy you wish to add the reminder to
  3. Within the edit screen, click the Review On tab (this will depend on what you have called your ‘Review Date’ field): 

  4. Define the Review on date (1), the users that need to be reminded that the item needs review (2), and any notes you wish to display beside this item from the Review On Dashboard (3) as shown below: 

  5. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.

Note: This can be done during the item creation process by saving the new item and clicking on the same Review On tab shown above.
