Support for oAuth E-mail Sending (Using Graph API)
This new feature gives admin's greater flexibility when choosing how the application sends mail. SMTP emailing is being phased out in the Microsoft Cloud so we are supporting the new method to send e-mail from Azure. We also introduced a test mode to assist with testing e-mail sending.
AI Support Chatbot "Xina"
This support chatbot has been trained on data from our support portal and is a quick and easy way to get in depth information about product features and configuring the product.
New Analytics tab in Admin Area
We have a new and improved statistics interface built right into the admin portal. We now have an "Analytics Overview" report showing what sites get traffic in your system. In addition to this we introduced the "Disengaged Users" report to identify users who have not been active recently and a "User Activity Report" giving admins a detailed breakdown of user actions and engagement.
Added an option for IC Search "Batch Sizing"
This option found in "Setup - Site Search" allows for performance tweaking of the program that indexes the site search. You can reduce the "batch size" to improve performance on slower servers.
Integrity Checker in Product Health
In v17.0 a new health scan has been created to check the integrity of the program files. If a file has been tampered with or accidentally deleted, this is where it will be flagged. We have put a notification on the Admin Home area of the site as well as in Product Health there is a report you can view to show you the status of the program files that comprise the Intranet Application. The feature is to assist admins and support of issues relating to corrupt or modified files in their system.
