In version 17.0 we introduced the AI Support Chatbot. This is an AI Chatbot Agent that we trained on data from our knowledge base. This feature can be used to get quick comprehensive answers to support related questions surrounding our Intranet Application.
You can activate our AI Support Chatbot by clicking the red speech balloon icon in the bottom right of "Admin - Home".
