Issue
There are a variety of AJAX errors you can see on the site for varying reasons.
You'll see a pop up in the lower left of the screen noting an Error has occurred.
Resolution
Click on the pop up in the lower left of the screen to open it up.
Take a screenshot of the error.
Obtain a copy of the application log from the Intranet as follows:
- Click Admin
- Click Errors & Logging
- Click Download Application Log
- Save the file to an accessible location
Email support@icthrive.com with the screenshot of the error, the application log, and what you were doing when you got the error.
