Error: Generic Connector Communication

Issue

You're trying to access your Intranet and you see the following error message:

Resolution

This error indicates Railo or Lucee is not running. You may have just restarted the Railo Server or Lucee service, or you may have just rebooted the server.  

To resolve this:

  1. Open Services on the web server
  2. Locate Railo Server or Lucee service
  3. Start the service if it's not running
