Issue
You repeatedly see the following in the lower right corner of the Intranet:
System Error:
Chat has repeatedly failed, please reload the page. If errors continue notify the system admin.
Resolution
As soon as an active user session expires, the in-browser chat feature can't ping the web server for new chat messages which results in the chat errors in the bottom right alert box.
Close the alert box and refresh the page to re-initiate the session and eliminate the error message.
