Reason:
Something has corrupted your instance of Railo/Lucee. This may be the result of not enough space left on the server which results in the corruption of some of Railo/Lucee's XML files.
Solution:
Stop the following services:
- ElasticSearch
- Railo Tomcat/Lucee
- SQBox Task Manager (14.0+)
- World Wide Web Publishing
Navigate to the folder where your WEB-INF folder resides (this may be within the WEBROOT folder, or within the WEBROOT/Intranet folder > rename this folder by adding '_BAK' to it
Start the 4 services listed above and navigate to the Railo/Lucee Web Admin portal
Default password can be provided by Support if needed. You can also reset the password if desired.
Follow the instructions listed on our Railo/Lucee Configuration article to add a Datasource, Mappings, and be sure to add your Mail Server information.
Confirm that you're able to access your intranet site
