If you're currently encountering the following error when attempting to download a new patch through the Admin panel of your intranet:

Or if you may be experiencing an issue with your web services connecting with the following error:
Web Service attempt to download recent announcements failed.
The issue was caused by Root CA outside of our control expiring, and the following looks to have solved the issue.
As a first step, please patch up to 14.5.10 if you are on version 14.5. If you're on an older version of the software, it's recommended to upgrade to 14.5. Instructions for upgrading can be found here.
Install certificate into Lucee. You can use the Lucee Server Console to import the SSL certificate into Lucee.
1) Navigate to the Lucee Server Administrator by going to HTTP://YOURSITENAME/Lucee/admin/server.cfm

2) Choose SSL Certificates under Services
3) Enter ws.icthrive.com into the Host field. The port is 443
4) Click install.
5) Restart the Lucee service, which is required for the ws.icthrive.com cert to become active.

6) Allow up to 2 days for the change to take place, if no change occurs, restart the webserver
You may also need to whitelist this domain, as well as the IP address 172.255.52.213.
If you are on an older version of the software, the certificate is cc.intranetconnections.com.
